Cancellation Policy:

* 48-hour notice required for changes or cancellations

* No-shows charged full appointment price

* APPOINTMENT CUT SHORT If you do not attend your appointment or if something unexpected happens where you need to leave without completing your service then 50% fee of the whole treatment booked will become payable

* Deposit for change of date will be transferred to the new date only once, thereafter repeat rescheduling/cancellation will require non-refundable, non-transferable full payment upfront for any future appointments.

Change of mind for treatment on your arrival:

Please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you'd like to change your requested treatment (e.g., from a Classic manicure with regular polish to a mini manicure with Shellac). I prepare the salon and materials the night before, so last-minute changes can result in wasted time and products. If you change your mind and want to downgrade or remove a treatment at the appointment you will still be charged for it as i cannot fill that gap with no notice.

Facial packages:

A 50% deposit will be taken on booking and must be paid for in full at the first appointment.

I will always try to be as fair as possible, as l understand sometimes life happens, however I also need to protect my business, time and income. Last minute slots often cannot be filled.
